Bluemont Civic Association Newsletter

THE BLUEMONT CIVIC ASSOCIATION is a non-profit organization that has represented the interests of the Bluemont Neighborhood since the association was established in 1945. By becoming a member, you will receive a newsletter each month that will keep you informed about issues that affect you and your family and provide the funding needed to continue our important work on your behalf.

The BCA Newsletter is published monthly from September through June, with a general distribution to all households within the Association's boundaries in March and September. Paid members receive copies by mail all other months. If you would like to help us distribute the newsletter, let us know. Newsletter distribution routes are listed here.
