The Bluemont Civic Association is a member-driven organization. Annual dues are $15 per calendar year per household. Please provide your name, address and e-mail and $15 with your check made out to “Bluemont Civic Association.” All information is for BCA use only. Bluemont residents, businesses and property owners are encouraged to join the Wednesday, June 26th hybrid Annual General Membership meeting of the Bluemont Civic Association for a Q&A with our Virginia State Delegate Patrick Hope.

Delegate Hope's work on behalf of Arlington has included introducing a bill on governance reform for Arlington, and addressing noise issues on I-66. Join our community discussion with delegate Hope.

After Delegate Hope speaks, we will have ANNUAL ELECTIONS FOR BCA OFFICES.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Before the membership meeting, there will be an Executive Board Meeting starting at 7 pm in the same location. All members are welcome to attend that meeting. If you want to attend on Zoom, you can use the same link as for the membership meeting.

The agenda for both meetings will be sent to the email list of the Bluemont Civic Association. If you'd like to join that list and get an agenda, contact exec@bluemontcivic.org.

Members of the public are welcome at the Annual General Membership meeting. To VOTE in the ANNUAL ELECTIONS or on motions made during the meeting, you must be a civic association member. Joining the Association is easy if you are age 16 or over, and a Bluemont resident, property owner, or business.

The bell is at the corner of N. George Mason Drive and Wilson Blvd, next to Fire Station 2, in Constitution Garden Park

Everyone gets to ring the bell, young and old. You can ring more than once, as you want.

We'll have cupcakes, bubbles, books, Juneteenth and U.S. flags, and more for kids and the young at heart.
